  For several years we have been wanting to replace our windows. We did our research and chose Renewal by Andersen windows. We received a phone call from Chris who is one of the representatives of Renewal by Andersen Windows. He said he would like both my husband and I to be present for about a 90 minute session, which at the time seemed like like we could have completed the consultation in less time than that, but I was wrong. Chris, a well mannered and conscientious representative, asked good questions about what we wanted and what windows we wanted replaced. He then proceeded to measure the windows, showed us a video and discussed costs. Chris was very good at listening and answering our questions. Because this was a big investment for us, Chris helped to lower costs by suggesting an awning window above our kitchen window rather than the casement windows we had, a picture window rather than the two casements on either side of a fixed window in our family room. By the end of our time together, we had a clear understanding of the company and what was ahead for us.
  
  January 30-31, 2017 were the days we had our old damaged windows replaced with Renewal by Andersen Windows. This was a big undertaking as we had 12 windows replaced upstairs and downstairs. We can't say enough good things about the window installers, Wally and Ron. They were conscientious, thoughtful, kind and very knowledgeable. We had 2x6" walls with extensions for the windows and we were concerned about how the old windows could be removed without damaging the window itself. We didn't need to worry as the two installers knew exactly how to avoid any problems. They offered suggestions about wood stains, how to fill a few areas and even let us use their sander where we had water stains. They bent over backwards to be of help. They were meticulous in their work, making sure all foaming and sealing was done properly, cleaning up and hauling away old windows and debris. Our home presented a few challenging problems but nothing Wally or Ron couldn't handle.
  
  Chris, came back today to have a walk through and explains how to care for our new windows . Plus, he wanted to make sure we were pleased.
  
  We are pleased and will certainly recommend Renewal by Andersen Windows as our experience has been nothing but wonderful!
